We are visual animals. We love watching.

We also like to keep our memories and cherish them by relating them to objects. Photography allows us to capture our special moments and keep them forever.

Wouldn’t it be nice if we could also capture our object of desire, that lovely girl that we see every morning walking down the street, ignoring our presence while she shakes her wavy hair?

That might be the thought that comes to the obsessive mind of our main character in our new series SNAPSHOTS, a shy guy who cannot help chasing a girl he is mysteriously interested in. He doesn’t know her but he watches her walking in the streets from the window of his flat, he chases her to the underground wherever she is going and he always carries his loyal camera to take pictures of her and contemplate them for hours in the privacy of his room.

This kind of obsession usually never comes to an end, it becomes a sensual fantasy that grows bigger and bigger, like a secret place in our minds that we like to go back to, a fake memory.

What happens if nothing is what it seems, if these expectations that we are creating in our little minds are just not real and this wonderful girl we’re in love with is a red-blooded woman that lives and loves? What if this woman also has her feelings and obsessions and her body is not made of candy but of warm flesh?

It is popularly said: “Be careful what you wish for because it may come true”. However, what we were trying to say with this series is that we have to be prepared because sometimes, our wishes may be fulfilled and even if reality can be different from what we expected it to be, it can also be more interesting and exciting.

We are thrilled to watch this series filmed in street locations with a wonderful couple we have already worked with: Luna Ruiz and Lobo; they give such natural and passionate performances that they were perfect for this story about watching and being watched.
